Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for any unworn, unused item in its original condition and packaging.
If your item is faulty or damaged, we will replace it with the same product in your size (subject to availability).
If the item is unavailable, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Returns
If you would like to return your item due to a fault, please ensure it is in the same condition as when it arrived. The item must be unworn and undamaged for our team to accept your return.
To initiate a return, please send us a detailed email with your order number and reason for the return at tulipandco.au@gmail.com. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase; after this period, returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the full amount.
For a change of mind or sizing issues, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Tulip & Co. is not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your return reaches us safely.
