Where do you ship to?

For the moment, we'll just be shipping to New Zealand and Australia.

How can I return my order?

If you would like to return your item due to a fault, please ensure it is in the same condition as when it arrived. The item must be unworn and undamaged for our team to accept your return.

To initiate a return, please send us a detailed email with your order number and reason for the return at tulipandco.au@gmail.com. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase; after this period, returns will not be accepted.

The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as packages can sometimes go missing.

We will review your request and respond via email within 2-3 business days to process your return.

What do I do if I have ordered the wrong size?

When purchasing an item, please ensure you select the correct size. A detailed size guide is available on each product page and at the bottom of our website.

If you receive your order and have selected the wrong size, we will offer an exchange, provided we have the item in stock. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Are you looking to expand your size range?

We are absolutely looking to expand our size range! As this is our first launch, we'll only have limited sizes and quantities. We'll be looking to add additional sizes for the next drop.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, if your item is faulty, we are happy to provide a replacement. If the product is out of stock, we will issue you a refund.

Returned items must be in their original condition and show no signs of damage.
